Cairkan 125 gr margarine kemudian masukkan bawang putih halus tumis hingga wangi.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan bawang bombay biarkan sampai layu kemudian masukkan daging giling aduk2    sampai daging berubah warna.&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur jadi satu di dalam baskom, macaroni rebus, keju, susu, tumisan daging giling aduk sampai tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Siapkan pirex yang sudah di olesi mentega dan masukkan macaroni yang sudah dicampur daging, susu dll.&lt;br /&gt;5. Panggang dengan api bawah suhu 160 derajat selama kira-kira 1 jam atau setelah terlihat kuning kemudian gunakan api atas untuk mengeringkan bagian atas macaroni.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sisihkan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;Bumbu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Bawang putih 3 buah&lt;br /&gt;Bawang Bombay ½ buah&lt;br /&gt;Paprika 1 buah diblender.&lt;br /&gt;Sere 1 buah di geprek&lt;br /&gt;Laos 2 cm digeprek&lt;br /&gt;Jahe 1 cm di geprek&lt;br /&gt;Daun jeruk 3 lembar&lt;br /&gt;Kecap 1 sendok makan&lt;br /&gt;Gula merah secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Cara&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tumis semua bumbu sampai berbau harum&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan kecap dan gula merah&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan 50 cc air.&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan sampai agak mengental.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan ayam yang telah dipanggang aduk rata sebentar.
